Resources: Credit Reports

Knowing your credit status is part of being a responsible consumer.
The reports you receive from the three major reporting agencies can alert you to any information that may be incorrect, so be sure to check your own reports on a regular basis. We have experience helping consumers correct their credit reports, contact us to see if we can help.

Thanks to the tireless efforts of consumer defenders, there is now a simple and free method for obtaining your credit report.
The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requires each of the nationwide consumer reporting companies to provide you with a free copy once every 12 months.
To get yours, visit www.annualcreditreport.com, which is a joint effort of the three major agencies.
