Gerard Daniel Launay is a graduate of Boalt Hall Law School, University of California Berkeley.
He founded the original BANKRUPTCY LAW CENTER in California.
Mr. Launay has given counsel to Bankruptcy Trustees, Bankrupcty Judges, and Creditor Committees. He has helped individuals
and small businesses for over a quarter of a century. His goal is to provide aggressive advocacy without losing a sense of personal
warmth. Holding costs down for clients is a #1 priority.
His office is in Berkeley, California, and he serves clients primarily in Alameda and Contra Costa counties - but he has represented
clients from San Francisco, San Jose, Modesto, Sacramento, Monterey, and even Los Angeles and San Diego.
